Shipping policy

We offer the following options for delivery/collection;

* Courier / Postal Delivery

* Van Delivery

Orders will need to be placed by 2pm for Courier/Postal Delivery

Email Notification upon collection from us
Delivery only to Delivery Address given unless specified differently on your order
We only despatch orders Monday - Friday
Orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday, with all items in stock, will not be delivered until the following week unless a Saturday delivery is selected
Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday, with all items in stock, will be sent out on our next working day - normally on the Monday

Not all items are available for Courier dispatch this includes Animal Feed & Bedding as well as oversized items. If you see There Is No Shipping Method For Your Selection - In your shopping cart, then there is an item that cannot be shipped - please call us on 01823 431411 during office hours for help, outside these hours you can message us on our online Chat or email us and we can help once we are open. These items will only be available for click & collect or local delivery

* Excludes Guernsey & Jersey, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man can have additional charges and can only select Standard Shipping.
* Isle of White is only available on a 3 - 5 day delivery option with a small surcharge.
* Excludes Feed and Bedding and Oversized items.

Saturday Deliveries

We currently do not offer saturday deliveries

Track Your Delivery

Once your order has been collected from us you will receive your tracking ID, with which you will then be able to track its progress

Certain postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands incur a slightly higher delivery charge.

Errors and Omissions

Please note prices quoted are estimated prices and to the best of our ability correct.

From time to time errors and price changes can happen and so we reserve the right to withdraw the item should it be unviable for us to dispatch at the price offered, in this case we will offer a full refund or the option to pay the extra.
